That was me smashing my head against the keyboard.
Why?
I want a 3 column layout for my blog. I have searched around on the web and found a few things. When I actually go to do the things I've found to make a 3 column layout I get error messages.
WTF?
Seriously, someone help me.

Switch to wordpress -- Tons of layout options including 3 column.
I switched from blogger to wordpress about 4 months after I began blogging again and had no trouble moving my posts over. Really easy to do.
I know you have a lot of custom edits to your current layout. Try restoring your current layout to the original setup, and then switching to the 3-column one that you want. You'll have to go in and make all the custom-changes again, but that might work for you.
I agree with a bright future. Wordpress has tons of three column layouts. They're not as cute as what you've got, but if you're swift enough, you can find cutesy ones. I'm not that swift.
And wow, 22!! I am eleven years older than you. I remember being 22. Aaahhh...
Hmm, I'm not too familiar with blogspot mostly because I hate it. I use typepad and love it. But it costs money you might not want to spend. I know a little more about wordpress because wordpress is better. So, if you switch, let me know.
